How many hours do you sleep a day? In a sleep study done in 2014, Singapore ranked amongst the lowest in the cities of the world, averaging at just 6 hours 32 minutes. We could not find a more recent study, but we suspect that the average might have gone down in 3 years.

Whilst maintaining the discipline to sleep more hours may pull up the average of our city, we think that there is more than just the quantity of sleep we are getting.
